If you plan to follow the paid review program or want to have domains with pagerank used to backlink other domain to increase SERP please read the following tips may be usefull :

1. if you want to buy the domain berpagerank be sure to buy in the right place as tdnam, forum DigitalPoint forums namepros
2. check the seller’s reputation on the iTrader or feedback from buyers who have been trading from these sellers
3. check domain pagerank be purchased in several pagerank checker places such as checkpagerank.net digpagerank.com and others who you think is very good
4. check domain backlink you want to buy, type this word link: domainname at google.com more backlink to that domain will be good for the pagerank
5. check the number of indexed page, type site: domainname on google.com the more pages indexed the better
6. check domain info type info: domainname on google.com. if the result does not show the domain that you buy, may be the pagerank is not valid
7. check domain registrar when purchase, make sure the registrar has the push facilities domain (domain transfer between accounts)
8. use a payment method that you think is the most secure (I used to use paypal)

most domain sellers will not refund your money if the domain pagerank dropped or changed after the transaction so check it carefully when you buy a pagerank domain

well finally pagerank update again after almost 4 month google pagerank there never was major update, congratulations for the  domain wich get pagerank up, and for webmaster wich have domain and the pagerank drop not too worried because the pagerank just 1 of 100 factor of a quality of a website said matt , fortunately pagerank update this time at the end of the month so that payments from selling links can received

yeah this time some of my domain raise to PR 4 and some domain drop to 0-1, but still within reasonable limits, i hope this update pagerank can be stable soon because ussualy one week after major update there is minor update (google kick random pagerank)

be carefull when checking a pagerank domain, sometimes it have different result when checked at several pagerank checker,

to make sure what is your rank try check the pagerank using 3-4 pagerank checker including google toolbar, digpagerank, wmtips, diagnosticoweb,

i have few domains PR dropped in last three weeks, may be because i’m late to update and too many outbound links. and now the side effect review/blogpost income become smaller,  may be now google change the pagerank algorithm it makes lot pagerank domain drops in every days.

now it’s time tor prepare your website because i think in next few week major update pagerank begin. according to update pagerank calendar google always update the pagerank every 3 month so if you didn’t want your pagerank dropped or become N/A, update your web and made more inlinks.

pagerank just a 1 factor from a 100 to get page one in google SERP, you still can use the another 99 way to get into page one with your choosen keyword, but if you a pageranked domain seller like me pagerank is very important than the 99 way )

i think google knows if you sell link or review on your blogs, so if you want your pagerank raise or not drop in this update, keep your outbound link as less as possible )
